Moo Shoes: Stylish Vegan Shoes
Moo Shoes is a great NYC based company that produces vegan-friendly, cruelty-free shoes, bags, belts and tons of other accessories! Moo Shoes was founded in 2001 by Erica and Sara Kubersjy. It does just more than proclaim eco-friendliness, it also supports several New York City no-kill animal shelters, hosts animal companion and adoption days for organizations like Mighty Mutts and Oasis Sanctuary.
They have tons of great products. Here are a few of my top picks!
A Great Flat
The Ally Black is a simple, classic shoe that not only goes with everything, it is comfortable too! You can wear it all day long at work with a pair of slacks, then dress it up with a cute wrap for a night on the town!
A Funky Wedge
The Gypsy Sandal is the way to go if you want to hit up summer’s hottest shoe trend, the wedge. Cute enough to pair with shorts, but sexy enough it will go with your best dress, this shoe boasts a 4.5 inch sole.
For a Night on the Town
The Starlet is the shoe if you want to get noticed! It’s strappy, slinky, sexy and all those good s-words you want when you want to impress! Its 3.75″ stiletto heel makes it fairly manageable too…no five inch skyscrapers for me. That would make me 6′4″….a good 3.5 inches taller than my boyfriend.
(That would make him very grumpy. But I’d look hot. Until I fell down. And he would revel in it. However, that’s another story.)
The Boot
The Angelica is so sexy. The sleek silhouette of the 17 inch leg, with a 3 inch heel makes me giddy. Designed and made by Novocas for Moo Shoes, this boot is versatile, comfortable and looks goooooooood. You have your choice of brown (my fave) or black.
The Man Shoe
Men have it so easy. All they need is one high quality dress shoe and they can wear it over and over again. Not us girls. (However, as much as I complain about this, I secretly love it). My favorite men’s shoe at Moo Shoes is The Herbert. It’s classic, stylish, comfortable and has a slight European essence about it. Mmmmm…….
