I Love League of Lovers and Thieves
No, it’s not some cheesy Disney ride.
League of Lovers and Thieves is an awesome Canadian eco-boutique. They sell sustainable, earth friendly fashions for men and women. Even though they are Canadian, their website is global ready — you can even shop in the currency of your choice!
Their clothing is very romantic and whimsical, making their name extremely appropriate!
Here are my favorites from their shelves:
Raindrop Dress
This dress looks and feels like a modern take on Maid Marian. It’s made out of bamboo, has a low v-neck, empire waist and a gathered skirt. It’s a pretty forgiving dress that’ll hide anyone’s not so perfect tummy. However, the dramatic, puffy sleeves might not make it everyone’s favorite choice!

Linen Open Back Dress
From the front, this dress looks like your basic black staple. But once you spin around in this eco-friendly linen dress and reveal the sexy open back (complete with Lyocell ties!), it’s a whole new ball game.
This dress is really versatile. You can wear it alone, with some sexy stilettos for a night out, or dress it down with some leggings and flats and pretend you’re a ballerina!

Again, they mix it up with a “business in the front, party in the back” mentality. I love, love, love the peephole in the back of this eco-friendly linen blouse. It’s a very structured piece, but the frills and the cut out make it 100% feminine.

This little number would look great with some jeans or leggings, depending on the wearer. It’s awesome that it is made from bamboo because it is aquickly renewable resource! Perfect for the Vegan devotees among us!
