I came across Habitude while trolling around the ‘net and I love their look. They have a very glam feel about everything they design, while remaining eco-friendly.
Laura Chapuis, the designer of Habitude, spent 8 years working in the fashion industry, and wanted to find more meaning in her work. The line was launched in 2005, […]

I do not golf, but I will admit there is a intense lack of eco-friendly gear for athletes in general. While you can find plenty of yoga clothing that is green, it’s hard to find stuff for golfers and tennis players.
Enter Lela Designs, a Canadian company with a serious love […]

Solisda is a fabulous jewelry line designed by Catherine Beringer which celebrates “sunshine and nature through modern, organic design.” Catherine uses recycled silver, friendly Argentium alloys and linen to create her unique and ethereal designs.
Did you know Solsida means “sunnyside” in Swedish? A great name for this line, if I can say so!

One of my favorite environmentally friendly fashion lines is Beau Soleil. Their clothes always manage to be gorgeous, feminine and wearable.
Their Spring 2008 line is filled with earth-inspired neutral tones and flirty cuts and shapes.
There’s a lot of interesting tops and dresses that transition well from day-to-night. The entire collection is made out of fabrics […]

I’d save a post like this for my weekly link round-up on Fridays, but this dress made me squeal so loudly, I couldn’t help but post about it now!
This dress is by Nina Valteni for Nature vs. Future. It’s made out of juice pouches!
It was made specially for pianist Soyeon Lee, who will wear it […]

Linda Loudermilk’s collection screams ethereal rocker chic. She has created a collection filled with whimsical, edgy and dark pieces partnered with edgy and practical garments that evoke the feelings of her more over-the-top dresses. Her striking color palette (I love her choices of electric blue and the pale flower print), asymmetrical cuts and unique silhouettes […]

As much as I love Stella McCartney, her website is really hard to navigate–too much flash– so I thought I’d share her Spring 2008 collection with you.
I love the texture and shapes she uses, it’s very floaty and girly. However, the neutral color palette washes the entire collection out.
The Good
There’s lots of chic, […]

This dress is a fun and youthful take on the shirt-dress. Designed by Angela Johnson and made out of reclaimed men’s shirts and ties, it could be easily layered for winter with tights, boots and a cute cardigan and played down in summer with gladiator sandals or wedge sandals!
While the dress pictured is all white, […]
