So I’m going to be moving over the next few days. And then again late in the month or so.
I’ll be as good as I can about posting, but I will definitely disappear this weekend and possibly on Monday.
Wish me luck in my great move to Southern California.

I read today in the LA Times that the city is thinking about launching a composting program.
City officials are hoping that participants in the table-scrap collection program will embrace the idea of separating their kitchen waste by dumping it in the new city-issued green pail and later emptying that pail in the city’s green 60-gallon […]

Guess what?
I totally missed myself being featured on Tiny Choices and awesome blog about small changes to big green change. I talked about how I’m making myself a little more green everyday.
You can see a pic of me and my answers over here.

Arizona Jeans has two great eco-friendly options for you. They have a Recycled collection, where products must be at least 25% recycled material, like cotton, glass or polyester, and an Organic collection, where products must be at least 70% organic, like cotton and linen.
While I wish AZ had more stringent standards for what constitutes being […]

I just finished reading Green Chic: Saving the World in Style, and I must say I truly enjoyed it. Author Christie Matheson is a humorous and accessible writer. She isn’t preachy or negative or self-righteous and the book is filled with antedotes from her personal green experiences.
This book understands that no one can do everything, […]

I’ll never ever ever understand what it is about being a celebrity that makes one an innately better designer than, say, me! But as long as they’re designing, I like it when they go green!
