Anna Cohen’s Fall/Holiday Collection
Seeing as its the holidays, I’m going to indulge in some fashion that I can’t really afford this time of year! Think of it the fashion equivalent of decadent chocolate.
Below is a slide show of my favorite looks from Anna Cohen’s fall/holiday collection this year.
Anna Cohen is a designer whose vision is
To be on the forefront of moving both fashion designand the global fashion industrytoward more sustainable practicesthat support environmental and social justicethrough creating cutting edge fashion apparelusing globally responsible business practices.
Anna is a realist in that she recognizes that sustainable fashion has limits. That is why she guarantees that all her products are 75% sustainable–things like trims, buttons and zippers and transportation of the garments and people may not be.
I find Anna’s clothing to be very classic–lots of slim silhouettes and dark colors–but with unique twists on cuts and details that make it truly unique. While I didn’t love her entire line, overall it was a complete and satisfying collection, with some individual pieces that were stunning!
I was also impressed with her use of realistic model body types. Still slimmer than I’ll ever be, but it looks like these girls eat!
To check out the rest of her collection, her other collections, and to find out where you can buy her products, go to her official website!
